Programs

In addition to the Hospitality Management Core Curriculum, all students are required to choose from one of three areas of concentration. These concentrations are intended to provide focused and specialized coursework in each respective area. The concentrations are as follows: Hotel Management, Food&Beverage Management, and Professional Convention Management.

A concentration must be declared before the Junior Year. In addition each concentration offers distinct coursework. If multiple concentrations are chosen, students must take additional courses to fulfill requirements. Courses will not be accepted for both concentrations.
